No liquidificador bata o leite condensado, a água, os ovos, o óleo, o sal e o fermento. Bata por 1 minuto. Despeje em uma tigela e acrescente a farinha de trigo aos poucos até que solte das mãos. Passe para uma bancada enfarinha e sove bem a massa. Cubra com um pano de prato limpo e deixe descansar até que dobre de volume. Em seguida divida a massa em duas partes; abra cada parte com auxílio de um rolo, distribua o recheio e enrole as duas partes como um rocambole. Corte cada rocambole em fatias de espessura de 1 dedo. Coloque as fatias em uma assadeira forrada com papel manteiga ou untada com manteiga e enfarinhada. Deixe descansar até que dobrem de volume e leve para assar em forno preaquecido 180°C, até dourarem levemente. Retire do forno e despeje a calda, polvilhe coco ralado a gosto. </div>

<span style="font-size: 15.4px; line-height: 21.56px;">Massa: Em uma tigela, coloque a manteiga e o ovo, misture bem com auxílio de uma colher; acrescente o fermento, o sal e a farinha de trigo aos poucos. Amasse até formar uma bola macia que não grude nas mãos. Pegue pequenas porções da massa e forre as forminhas de empadas, (eu usei de 6cm x 2cm), não deixe muito grossa. Acescente o recheio, abra um pouco da massa em uma superfície enfarinhada, corte em círculos e cubra as forminhas apertando bem as bordas para o recheio não sair. Pincele com gema, coloque as forminhas dentro de uma assadeira grande e leve para assar em forno preaquecido 200°C, por aproximadamente 30 a 35 minutos ou até dourar. </span></div>
